Cinnamon Squared began with a simple mission: make the kind of cinnamon roll that makes you pause. What started as a gesture for Ellie has become a tiny Auckland favourite run by Minseok and Ellie.

The squared shape comes from long tins, while the flavour comes from organic premium Ceylon cinnamon and a patient bake from mixing to finish.
